Moving on....

There has been a rampant increase in the number of blog articles I've posted over the past few days, and the reason for this is that this week is the last week of my current job and the wind down started a few days ago.

On Monday I start my 4th job in 7 months which on paper doesn't look so good but for someone with a short attention span it's perfect.

And thankfully my new placement is suited to one who prefers dipping into certain areas for a few weeks, having a poke around and seeing how things work before moving on elsewhere.

Yes, it's back to the wonderful world of external audit for me with a big 4 company being kind enough (and perhaps foolish enough) to take me under their wing.

From a blogging/political side of things it'll be interesting as I'll be working in different sectors and with some prominent Scottish companies so it'll be nice to see things from the inside and help out this country's lagging private sector. Work behind the headlines as it were.

Expect my posts to become more and more Conservative in their outlook as my employers rub their views on to me. I had to bite my tongue in the interview as chat moved into the area of Politics and my interviewer went on to talk about how the SNP weren't fit for purpose and Alex Salmond made her skin crawl. I've never bitten my tongue so hard in my life!

OK, I'd better go and raid the stationary cupboard and spend the last £1.18p on my company card before I look fondly at all these reconciliations and accounts that in a mere 3 hours, will begin to be a distant memory.
