The only good kind of Scottish 'mozzy'

One of the very few tv programmes I watch regularly (Big Brother is definitely a thing of the past now!) is The F Word. I can't put a finger on what Gordon Ramsay has exactly but he's got it in spades.

Anyway, on Tuesday night's edition, Gordon visited the Puddledub farm up in the north of Scotland. I watched the segment in slack-jawed amazement as the farmer guys milked their buffalos and created Scotland's first ever Buffalo mozzarella cheese.

Now, there's no reason why such stuff can't be made here but there's something about the phrase and idea of Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella that just seems pleasantly satisfying.

The F Word itself didn't let on where we can actually get the lovely stuff but a wee bit of digging has led me to find that the Edinburgh's Farmer's Market has a stall where this farm sells its wares. They are only their once a month, and tomorrow just happens to be the June date for Puddledub.

So I say support this Buffalo adventure and buy some Scottish mozzy if you have a chance tomorrow lunchtime.
