With all the chat surrounding RBS today it would have been easy to miss the story that Gordon Brown has had to apologise for breaking expenses rules.
The Prime Minister has been subletting his Fife consituency office but didn't realise he was wrong in doing so.
You could say it was a muddle and not a fiddle...

Wasn't it something about constiuency offices that was the downfall of Henry McLeish?
It sure was Subrosa.
The only difference (and a crucial one at that) is that Henry was making 36k a year out of it whereas there is no financial gain for Gordon.
It's not much of a story but I thought I'd have some fun with it anyway.
Yes Subrosa - McLeish resigned as FM for less.
Maybe GB will soon be heading up a think tank on the Scottish 8th Division

Was just thinking, anyone heard anything about the 4 Lords A Grasping recently? Seems to have died a death that one and not even a whisper from the tories.
I think the Tories don't know what to make about that story since they are still (wrongly or rightly) regarded as the party of sleaze.
Not heard much about it. The Lords has to get changed though, the more you think about it the more ridiculous that chamber really is.
